Submitting a Takedown Notice

To request removal of allegedly infringing content, send a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] with all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing content on KnobbyTalk
4. Your contact information — name, address, phone number, and email address
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

What Happens Next

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed
• Provide them with a copy of your notice (with your contact info) so they may file a counter-notice if appropriate

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice to [email protected] including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district

Repeat Infringers

KnobbyTalk will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
